Mexican Restaurants with Gluten-Free Menus
Mexican restaurants typically have lots of GF choices. They have many dishes with: corn, rice, beans, beef, pork, chicken, and shrimp.
Tacos and enchiladas are made with corn shells or tortillas.
Likewise, corn tortillas can typically be substituted for flour ones when ordering carne asade or fajitas.
Their beans and rice are typically gluten-free but ask you waiter to be sure.
Of course avoid all foods that use wheat flour tortillas, just tell your waiter that you want corn tortillas.
