Newcomers to the gluten-free lifestyle initially have a hard time grasping what to eat in the morning.
In fact, one of the most frequent questions that I am asked is, "what can I eat for my first meal of the day?"
The reason people are so overwhelmed with this issue is because they automatically assume if they cannot eat wheat or wheat based products that there is nothing remaining.
This is far from the case.
In today's world, we now have many delicious GF options for virtually all the choices that you do with traditional meals.
